This is a simple, spring-loaded device without adjustable resistance settings. For users that already have moderate muscle control the Kegelpro is a viable option. This device has no biofeedback display. The most appropriate use we found for this device is sexual enhancement. We do not recommend this device for women with low muscle control or weak pelvic floor muscles because the Kegelpro does not isolate the pelvic floor effectively. This drawback allows the user to "cheat" by using the abdominal muscles. This is an economical alternative for women that already have moderate muscle strength. We recommend the use of a condom with this device.
