The devices we recommend for female incontinence use different methods to achieve the same desired result of strengthening the pelvic floor. The Kegelmaster uses progressive resistance from springs to strengthen the pelvic floor. The Myself, PMTx and Pelvexiser all work with low pressures in the sensor and have biofeedback. The Energie product can also be used for stress incontinence and functions similar to using vaginal weights, but like vaginal weights has no biofeedback.
