The Energie is a weighted pelvic floor exercise product, which weighs around one pound. It can be used as simply something to contract the muscles against, but is designed to be used like a vaginal weight as well. The Energie can be held inside the vagina against the pull of gravity, thereby strengthening the pelvic floor. Each end of the product is a slightly different size, so beginners can practice holding the Energie inside them with the large end inserted, and as you progress you will be able to hold the smaller end inside. This product is designed primarily as a kegel exerciser, and has recieved the recognition of sexual therapists for its well shaped design and ease of use. Because it can be used as a vaginal weight type product we recommend the Energie for all conditions other than male incontinence. It is an acceptable alternative to the more clinical vaginal weight products.
